What We Can Offer
Gravesham CAB offers both general and specialist advice and information. Money advice, Welfare Rights advice and Employment advice are specialisms, with tribunal support offered. We can also supply advice in French and Spanish, though all information given concerns British law. Advice is also available to some of those with hearing disabilities, as a hearing aid loop is available.
The bureau has recruited a full time employment specialist and a part time assistant and so now has expertise and resources to advise fully on all employment issues. We can represent clients at industrial tribunal where appropriate.
Each year information about the satisfaction and diversity of our clients is recorded via questionnaires. This information is compiled into a report, from which we can draw ideas for how to improve and advertise our services.
Gravesham Citizens Advice Bureau does not yet offer advice by e-mail. This is as our target clients are from Gravesend and surrounding areas only. This site's links page offers ways to find advice online.
This Annual Report is published each year to coincide with the Annual General Meeting.
